A los efectos de esta Política de devolución y reembolso:

2. Bienes se refiere a los artículos ofrecidos a la venta en el Servicio.

3. Orders refer to a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

4. Servicio se refiere al Sitio Web.

5. Website refers to Marketingueros, accessible from https://marketingueros.es.

6. Usted se refiere a la persona que accede o utiliza el Servicio, o la empresa u otra entidad legal en nombre de la cual dicha persona accede o utiliza el Servicio, según corresponda.

Your Membership Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your membership within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling your membership is 7 days from the date on which you made the order or payment (whichever comes first).

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your membership cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation Conditions

In order for the Orders to be eligible for a cancellation, make sure to request a service cancellation within 7 days from the day your Order was made or payment was taken.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any membership that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced memberships will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale memberships cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
